Information we process

As an internal corporate media portal, DelServices Stream processes operational data necessary to deliver video content. This includes access logs, playback metrics, IP addresses of connecting corporate network nodes, and authorization tokens assigned by the central identity provider.

Use of portal data

Data is strictly utilized to maintain service reliability, optimize streaming performance across geographic office locations, and ensure compliance with internal security mandates. Playback analytics help departments understand engagement with training and briefing materials.

Access and authorization

Access to the portal and its contents is restricted to authorized personnel. Role-based access controls dictate which media libraries a user can view. Unauthorized access attempts are monitored and logged by the security operations center.

Security

All media delivery is encrypted via TLS. We implement industry-standard network isolation and application security protocols to protect internal communications from unauthorized external interception.

Data retention

System logs and telemetry data are retained for 90 days for auditing and troubleshooting purposes. Media assets are subject to the corporate record retention policy dictated by their specific classification level.
