Authorized use

The DelServices Stream Portal is proprietary corporate infrastructure. Usage is strictly limited to authorized personnel conducting official company business. Content distributed through this portal is classified as confidential unless explicitly marked otherwise.

Account access

Users must authenticate via the authorized Single Sign-On (SSO) gateway. Sharing credentials, bypassing authentication mechanisms, or attempting to access resources beyond assigned clearance levels is prohibited and grounds for administrative action.

Media resources

All videos, documents, and stream recordings are the intellectual property of the corporation. You agree not to:

• Download media locally without explicit permission.
• Distribute internal links to non-employees.
• Record screen sessions or use scraping tools on the portal.

Availability

While the infrastructure team strives for 99.9% uptime, the service is provided "as is" and maintenance windows may occasionally disrupt access. Urgent communications should rely on primary email channels during these periods.

Security responsibilities

Users must report any anomalous behavior, suspected unauthorized access, or misclassification of media files to the IT security desk immediately.

Changes to service

The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the portal, including restricting access to specific media libraries, at any time without prior notice.
